Welcome!
I'm Lulu Chen, an author and creator of guided workbooks designed to inspire creativity and bring ideas to life.
Throughout my years of writing, I’ve come to one unshakable truth:
Every memorable story begins with memorable characters.
Like a God shaping uncharted worlds, the people we create give our stories depth, emotion and meaning. Getting to know them—their personalities, dreams, fears, relationships and journeys—is an important part of the creative process.
And although there are great books out there, I always found they lacked perspective to what authors truly need:
A way to track a character’s movements through the plot,
A way to understand how their minds work,
& lastly, their appearance, skills, belongings , and relations.
With all that in mind I set to create practical and inspiring resources that help writers and artists explore their ideas, develop their characters and bring their imagination onto the page.
Through thoughtfully designed workbooks, I hope to make the creative journey more enjoyable, organized and rewarding, whether you're developing your first character or building an entire fictional world.
